Trademark Law Violation and Unfair Competition Practices

Our firm, representing a renowned furniture company, successfully resolved a dispute by issuing a letter requesting injunctive relief against another furniture company that engaged in acts that involved imitating the design of our client’s furniture and using our client’s trademark in advertising search terms and hashtags to sell its products. These acts likely constituted violations of Article 108, Paragraph 1, Clause 1 of the Trademark Act, as well as Clause 1, Subparagraphs (a), (b), and (c) of Article 2 of the Unfair Competition Prevention Act. Our letter requesting injunctive relief demanded an immediate cessation of these illegal activities to ensure a fair resolution to the dispute.
