D’LIGHT Law Group acting for the winning bidder reviewed whether the in leakage of the business ideas of the winning bidder by the operating agency for the support project for a public institution could constitute unfair competition or a violation of confidentiality agreements, and if so, whether the public institutions could be held responsible for the leakage of the business ideas.
