D’LIGHT Law Group organized and reviewed business-specific issues regarding current regulations and related regulatory prospects related to major mobility businesses. Considering not only the laws applicable to traditional mobility businesses such as the Passenger Car Transportation Business Act, the Cargo Transportation Business Act, the Taxi Development Act, etc., but also the recent mobility business combining with platforms to create new businesses in various forms, we reviewed the overall attitudes of major laws and related organizations toward platform operators, such as the Online Platform User Protection Act.
