Lee, Hyuk Jin graduated with a degree in Psychology from Seoul National University, and started his career in the finance team of SK Group for treasury, accounting, and import/export matters. Mr. Lee then served as the CFO of SK Chemical’s European manufacturing company, Treasury Team Leader of Taekwang Industry, (also overseeing TBroad and Daehan Chemical Co., Ltd.), Head of Business Planning Dept. of Seoul Semiconductor, CFO (in charge of management support function), Team Leader of the Bio Planning Function at CJ Cheil Jedang, and the Strategic Planning Executive of Phycoil Biotech. Currently, he is the COO of D’LIGHT Law Group, as well as the Chief Consultant for the consulting division.

Mr. Lee is experienced at all levels of corporate management support, from front-line work to the C-level. He has a record of increasing sales and maximizing profits at leading companies in the chemical, IT, fashion, bio, and technology venture industries by setting corporate growth strategies and improving management processes.

Mr. Lee’s achievements include success in completing 5 major M&As, licensing technology, concluding overseas project financing, attracting investments, and establishing ERPs varying by company size. By accumulating extensive and in-depth work experience, he possesses the capability to diagnose and to assist startups on growth strategies, investor attraction, sales increase, M&A process, and profit creation, as well as other management issues startups face.
