D’LIGHT Law Group was requested to provide the terms and conditions for digital therapy, personal information processing policies, and consent forms for personal information collection and use ahead of the launch of a digital treatment. Each document was prepared in consideration of the medical device’s characteristics and clinical trials of the digital treatments.
