We assisted our supplier client in a dispute with a Japanese buyer that refused to make payment after delivery of goods. By working with Japanese counsel to identify a bank account of the defaulting Buyer, we prepared the application with the evidence proving the urgency and the likelihood of irrevocable harm and successfully argued for and obtained a prejudgment attachment.
