Legal advice on non-face-to-face treatment issues

Under the current law, non-face-to-face treatment or telemedicine performed without a medical practitioner facing the patient in person is strictly prohibited. The recently sentenced Supreme Court ruling again clearly confirmed that treatment using remote means such as telephone is in principle illegal. We reviewed the business model and provided appropriate guidelines to ensure that services provided by companies that produce functional products that have a positive effect on skin are not considered non-face-to-face treatments prohibited by the medical law.
