We consulted from an investor’s perspective on the issue that a Korean company invested in a convertible note in a foreign company. The review was conducted focusing on factors that investors should consider in the contract when investing in convertible notes, such as repayment before maturity and reasons for repayment, automatic conversion, valuation cap, and rights generally held by investors.
