We advised on a joint venture (JV) contract between Korea’s No. 1 company that provides indoor sports and an IT company. Amid the active digital transformation of sports service providers, IT companies with development capabilities and indoor sports companies set up a joint venture to lead the industry. In the process of consulting on a joint venture contract, the number of indoor sports companies maximizes the use of sports services, human and physical networks, and data, while internalizing the IT company’s development capabilities and experiences to the joint venture. We have established a legal system to successfully achieve the transition.
