In the \u300cStartup Planner Registration and Management Regulations\u300d, matters related to the registration and management of start-up planners, accounting treatment standards, and approval for bad debt handling are stipulated. It is appropriate to have regulations, investment management regulations, and investment business guidelines for start-up planners. The establishment of these internal regulations and business procedures will allow the start-up planner to establish an investment cooperative with LP (Limited Liability Member) as a GP (executive member).
