Reviewing whether the operation of interns and trainees violates the Labor Standards Act

D’LIGHT Law Group, reviewed matters regarding granting annual leave in the internship process, calculating annual leave and severance pay when converting to a full-time employee, and granting a probationary period. In addition, during the probationary period, we reviewed whether or not there was an unfair dismissal in relation to refusal of the main recruitment and presented guidelines in consideration of practice.
