Yang, Jae Seok majored in economics at Seoul National University. Thereafter, he founded an E-learning and video platform startup. After graduating from law school, he worked at Bae, Kim and Lee LLC for eleven years in the field of aerospace and insurance.

Mr. Yang has provided extensive legal advice on the development and launch activities of Korean satellites since 2012. In addition, he has expertise and abundant experience in all insurance-related areas, including the establishment of insurance companies, insurance claims, car insurance, medical insurance, corporate insurance such a package insurance, and D&O insurance. He consulted and represented in many fire-related cases, such as power plant explosion, bus terminal fire, large distribution center fire, data center fire, and car/air conditioner/fridge fire, and consulted and represented in large disaster-related cases such as the Pohang/Gyeongju earthquake, Goseong forest fire, and typhoon flood damages.

Mr. Yang is currently leading our Aerospace/Drone Practice Group, and he is providing advice on various fintech startups using his insurance-related expertise. He is also involved in large-scale disaster-related disputes such as major fire disasters, earthquakes, and typhoons.
