Kyoung Jong Roh graduated from Korea University with a degree in Political Science and Psychology in 2008 and graduated from Seoul National University Law School in 2014. Mr. Roh has expertise in all areas of litigation (administrative, civil, corporate, and criminal), but particularly has extensive experience in all criminal matters such as embezzlement, fraud, breach of trust, sexual assault, and other criminal matters, from investigation (by the police and prosecution) to trial.

In addition to obtaining numerous not guilty verdicts at trial based on a defense strategy established through his in depth understanding of the facts and his superb logical analysis, Mr. Roh has a proven track record in assisting clients avoid disproportionate sentencing through suspensions of prosecution and other early dispositions during the investigation stage.

In addition to litigation, Mr. Roh represents corporations in business arbitration and other dispute resolutions.
