Park, Jung Hyun received her B.A. in Economics and Chinese from Swarthmore College located in Pennsylvania, United States, and completed her J.D. program at Korea University Law School.

Prior to entering law school, she worked for Accounting team at Samsung Electronics where she was responsible for general accounting matters concerning domestic and international tax, treasury management, and closing account. She has completed the Professional Certification Program in Tax and Administrative Law at Korea University Law School.

Ms. Park provides legal advice to startups in various areas, including general corporate legal affairs/M&A, as well as conducting litigation and legal issues of financial and fintech companies at the firm.
