Ms. Kim received her B.A. in Chemical Engineering and Ph.D in Integrated Technology both from Yonsei
University, and completed her J.D. program at Chungnam National University Law School where she
graduated with highest honors. Prior to entering law school, she worked for Korean Agency for Technology
and Standards, Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy.
