Kim, Yongha obtained a B.S. and an M.S in Molecular Biology from Seoul National University. After working as a researcher in biotech for 7 years, Yongha studied law and was admitted to Korean bar in 2015. Yongha has a unique and extended career experience as a biotech researcher, lawyer, patent attorney and a venture capitalist.

With his research experience at genome editing biotech company, Toolgen and the biosimilar unit at Daewoong Pharmaceutical Co., Yongha specialized in patent application and litigation and developed other legal and patent strategies for Seegene, Toolgen, Olix Pharmaceuticals, Daewoong Pharmaceutical Co., Chong Kun Dang Pharm., etc.

As an investor at Partners Investment, Yongha was responsible for making investment decision, managing portfolios, and supporting more than 40 companies. Yongha served on the board of numerous bio ventures such as Quanta Matrix, Celemics, Intocell, Olive Healthcare, Pinot Bio, Medexel and has been involved in various key matters in such companies, such as the establishment of the start-up company and its IPO.
