Jung, Jong Dae graduated from the Department of Business Administration at Seoul National University and Yonsei Law School. Before joining D’Light, Mr. Jung was associated with the Vietnam and Southeast Asia offices of large law firms, where he practiced extensively as a renowned expert consultant for Vietnam and Southeast Asia. Mr. Jung’s primary areas of expertise include M&A, finance, real estate, and foreign direct investment for Korean companies entering the Vietnamese and Southeast Asian markets.

As the head of the Southeast Asia Practice at D’Light, Mr. Jung, upon his experience and know-hows, considers customer needs, local laws, and local circumstances to provide practical legal advice and optimized solutions for our clients’ Vietnam and Southeast Asian businesses.
