Mr. Jang received B.A. in Business Administration from Korea University and J.D. from Sogang University Law School. Prior to entering the law school, he worked in EY Korea Transaction Advisory Service as a Korean Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Jang has considerable experience in transaction advisory, including corporate valuation, financial modelling, and financial due diligence for M&A and carve-outs. He conducted multiple financial reviews, including business feasibility review and liquidity review. After joining D’Light Law Group, Mr. Jang is providing various corporate legal advisory services for start-ups based on his expertise.
