Ms. Pyo majored in Political Science & International Studies at Yonsei University, and graduated from the University’s Law School. Upon graduation, she entered private practice at an IP boutique where advised clients on trademarks and unfair competition, copyright, Korean IP Office and Patent Tribunal practice, Patent Court practice, Appeals of Patent Court decisions, and various IP related matters. Additionally, Ms. Pyo is well versed in IP transfers, licensing, and other international IP transactions.

Based on her experience, Ms. Pyo advises our IP and entertainment clients as well as representing them in the Patent Tribunal and courts.
